The last two years have been challenging and have amplified the important work that you do and how child care is an essential part of our society. It’s important that we update our Fee Survey to reflect child care in our community and would appreciate receiving your current child care fees. The Fee Survey is confidential and individual child care facilities will not be identified. The information collected through this child care Fee Survey is shared with families and the child care community upon request. Upon completion of the survey, you can provide us with your name and contact information for a chance to win a $50 Gift Card.

Last chance to let us know what you think! It’s not too late to complete our Program Evaluation Survey, please take a few minutes and evaluate the work that we do and assist us in planning for the future.
